Easter Eggs

Every year, I’ve tried to create the perfect hard-boiled egg and then color them to a dark, rich tone for the Easter dinner table. Every year, there are a few successes and a few failures. Nonetheless, I keep trying. After going through culinary school, I finally learned the correct process to get a perfectly boiled egg. As for coloring the eggs, we tend to try the newest technique each season. Our most successful one yet has been adding dye to shaving cream and swirling the egg shells around in it.
